So much to see and do – stay another night or two!
BIG4 Wangaratta is situated about 3.5 kms from Wangaratta City Center and easy driving distance to surrounding towns. You can easily visit Beechworth, Bright, Glenrowan, Rutherglen, Benalla, Yarrawanga, Chiltern or Albury which are all within a 15 to 60 minute drives.
The internationally acclaimed Wangaratta Jazz Festival is held annually around October/November and ensures a wonderful atmosphere for all Jazz and Blues fans over a long weekend
The Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail provides over 100 km of bitumen sealed Trail which links Wangaratta with Beechworth, Myrtleford and Bright. Bring your bicycle along, as the BIG4 North Cedars Holiday Park is situated on the Wangaratta section of the Rail Trail, we are a perfect spot to rest overnight.
Drive through the Warby Range State Park or the Alpine National Park to enjoy the Victorian High Country at its best, then come back to North Cedars Holiday Park overnight.
In our Reception area we have a large selection of information brochures and can provide advice on where to dine locally for an enjoyable meal. Ask us about our ‘special vouchers’ for surrounding dining opportunities.
Enjoy the abundance of local Wineries in our region, such as Brown Brothers, Gapstead and Baileys just to name a few or indulge in cheese, olives or mustard from Milawa. All Saints Winery hold a Day on the Green around January or February each year.
